The federal government said Friday it is lowering the minimum down payment requirement for mortgage default insurance from 25 per cent to 20 per cent. The new legislation is part of Bill C-37, expected to be proclaimed next week. This is great news for 1st time Buyers as it makes buying their first home more attractive and affordable.

 

Today was the first Open house at 230-2390 McGill Street in the Hastings area of East Vancouver. We had a great turnout with over 15 groups of visitors through.
